Planning Application Submitted in Hamworthy, Poole: Terrace extension for an additional dwelling within a side garden plot.

Studio Homer is pleased to have begun the planning process to extend an existing end-of-terrace property for an additional dwelling with the BCP Council Local Planning Authority area.

In acknowledgment of the planning policies within the BCP design SDPs, the proposal mimics the existing character, form, and proportions of the adjacent buildings.

No longer in need of their 3-bed family home, The owner of the plot looked to build a 1-bedroom house to the side of their property so they could stay in the area while releasing the equity in their home for retirement.

The proposal has now been submitted to BCP Council (Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole Local Planning Authority) for their approval.
