Application Approved in Queens Park, Bournemouth: Home Extension

Studio Homer is pleased to announce the approval of one of our recent house extension projects in Queens Park, Bournemouth.

Following the submission of an application to the BCP (Bournemouth) council, the council initially raised some concerns over the level of changes from the host building and the impact this would have on the street scene. Studio Homer liaised with the planning officer on behalf of the homeowner to overcome these concerns. Explaining with evidence from local policy guidance how the proposal changes would make a positive impact on the street.

With planning approval granted, Toby and his team from REVO Home Improvements now move forward with the construction of the homeowner’s loft extension over the summer months. For updates on how the construction progresses, follow our social media!
